The contract can be terminated with one month’s notice. Within that month, we allow you to download all created documents and activity logs from our digital system. After that, we delete the data from the system.

We have two options:
1. If you have an HR software that we can integrate with, new employees are added to our system every night, and we receive a notification.
2. If you add an employee manually, we also get a notification and take it from there.

With our other service, the main user was the company’s own OHS specialist, who performed and was responsible for all activities themselves. With the Virtual OHS Specialist service, the VITS platform is our tool, and we are responsible for all the activities within it.

It depends on which package you choose. With the 100% virtual service, we assume that you handle the on-site safety yourself, but we take the bureaucracy off your hands (employee instruction, organizing health checks, managing PPE, etc.). However, we also have packages that include company visits.

Unlike a typical service provider, we don’t keep your employee data on an individual’s computer; instead, it’s stored securely in our digital system. Data is backed up, and it’s always logged who changed the data and when. This makes the virtual service more secure and easier to monitor for your company. Billing is done on a monthly basis.

Yes, as your needs change, you can switch to a higher or lower tier package. It’s common to need more setup at the beginning, so you might start with a higher package and later move to a lower one when less on-site work is needed. A one-month notice is required to switch packages.

Yes, you get your own user account, giving you a constant overview of what has been done. We also send a monthly activity report via email so you can see all the work completed for you.

Yes, if you want our OHS specialist to be your company’s official representative, you can, but you need to choose the PRO or PREMIUM package. In that case, we will perform the necessary actions in TEIS (the Working Life Information System) and communicate with the Labour Inspectorate if needed, for instance, in case of a supervision proceeding or other inquiries. However, we must point out that according to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the ultimate legal responsibility always remains with the employer.
