All of it has to be accounted for, and you need to know at any moment who got what, in which size, and when it expires. In VITS, issuing runs on the same confirmation logic as instructing \u2014 the employee confirms receipt and that confirmation stays on record.<\/p>\n<div class=\"vv-card\">\n<h3>What you can do<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"vv-list\">\n<li><b>Describe the item once<\/b> \u2014 name, size system, average price, category and expected lifespan. Protective equipment, a tool, a chip card, a phone or a laptop \u2014 it makes no difference.<\/li>\n<li><b>Assign it manually, by profession or company-wide<\/b> \u2014 the right item reaches the right person without a separate list.<\/li>\n<li><b>The employee confirms receipt<\/b>, or rejects a specific item with a mandatory reason.<\/li>\n<li><b>Expiry is calculated for you<\/b> from the confirmation date and the lifespan; a reminder comes before it lapses.
