In VITS you can split training into levels and skills, for example \u201cOperator I\u201d, \u201cOperator II\u201d and \u201cOperator III\u201d, and evidence each skill separately. The instructor\u2019s and the employee\u2019s confirmations stay on record as proof that the training actually took place.<\/p>\n<div class=\"vv-card\">\n<h3>What you can do<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"vv-list\">\n<li><b>Levels and skills<\/b> \u2014 each level has its own skills; a skill can have assessment criteria, a video and an instructor.<\/li>\n<li><b>Reaches the right employees<\/b> \u2014 link the training to the whole company, departments, professions or locations and VITS adds it to the profiles of the matching employees, including new hires and people who change profession.<\/li>\n<li><b>The instructor confirms first<\/b> \u2014 if a skill has an instructor, they confirm that they delivered the training, and only then does the employee receive the invitation to confirm.
