Whether safety actually works or only exists on paper is largely decided at the instruction stage. In VITS you write the instruction, send it to exactly the people it concerns, and the employee confirms it in a way that holds up to inspection. Who was instructed and when is no longer something you dig out of a folder.
What you can do
- Send it to the right people — the whole company, selected departments or specific professions.
- Choose the confirmation method to match the risk — from recording a paper signature to a digital signature with Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or an ID card. In between there is an email link, a link with an SMS code, and signing in to the portal.
- Add a video and a test — the employee has to answer every scored question before they can confirm.
- Bundle several instructions into one package, together with the protective equipment they need, so one confirmation covers it all.
- Eight languages — each employee receives the version that matches them.
- Validity period — when an instruction expires, VITS creates the re-instruction task itself.
- Reminders go out automatically to everyone who has not confirmed yet.
- Evidence and reports — the compliance report shows who has confirmed and who has not, and every employee gets a PDF certificate.
