Safety climate shows what the statistics do not: whether people believe safety genuinely matters here. VITS uses the NOSACQ-50 questionnaire, an internationally recognised standard whose results are comparable both over time and with other organisations.
What you can do
- The NOSACQ-50 standard — 50 questions, a four-point scale, results across seven safety climate dimensions.
- Fully anonymous — answered through a private link.
- Results broken down where it matters — the whole company, by department, and managers compared with everyone else.
- Anonymity thresholds — a department result is hidden until enough people have responded (20 by default).
- Reminders to everyone who has not answered yet.
- A PDF report and trend — surveys can be compared with each other over time.
- Publishing to employees — after publication employees see the results for their own department.
- Eight languages — Estonian, Russian, English, Finnish, Swedish, Latvian, Lithuanian and Polish.
