A company hands an employee far more than protective equipment: a chip card, a phone, a laptop, tools. All of it has to be accounted for, and you need to know at any moment who got what, in which size, and when it expires. In VITS, issuing runs on the same confirmation logic as instructing — the employee confirms receipt and that confirmation stays on record.
What you can do
- Describe the item once — name, size system, average price, category and expected lifespan. Protective equipment, a tool, a chip card, a phone or a laptop — it makes no difference.
- Assign it manually, by profession or company-wide — the right item reaches the right person without a separate list.
- The employee confirms receipt, or rejects a specific item with a mandatory reason.
- Expiry is calculated for you from the confirmation date and the lifespan; a reminder comes before it lapses. Some items can be set never to expire.
- Employees order more themselves from the portal — quantity, size and a comment; you approve or reject.
- Write-offs — the employee submits a request when an item is damaged, lost, expired or returned.
- Feedback — employees rate what they received from one to five stars and can add a comment.
- Overview and spending — inventory, key figures, cost and an Excel export.
