Safety climate shows what the statistics do not: whether people believe safety genuinely matters here. VITS uses the NOSACQ-50 questionnaire, an internationally recognised standard whose results are comparable both over time and with other organisations.
What you can do
- The NOSACQ-50 standard — 50 questions, a four-point scale, results across seven safety climate dimensions.
- Anonymous — employees answer through a personal link and nobody sees individual responses. When the survey is closed, the link between respondent and response is permanently deleted.
- Results broken down where it matters — the whole company, by department, and managers compared with everyone else.
- Anonymity threshold — results are shown only once at least 20 people have responded, both for the whole survey and for each department.
- Reminders to everyone who has not answered yet.
- A PDF report — results across the seven dimensions and employees’ comments.
- Publishing to employees — after publication employees see the company-wide result in the portal, and their own department’s result if at least 20 people in that department responded.
- Eight languages — Estonian, Russian, English, Finnish, Swedish, Latvian, Lithuanian and Polish.
