The dashboard brings the current state of every area onto one screen: instructions, health checks, incidents, risks, courses, competencies, audits and equipment. Every number is clickable, and behind it are the actual people, not just statistics.
What you can do
- The whole picture at once — a summary card for every module on one screen.
- Safety key indicators — the lost-time injury rate, the total recordable injury rate, days since the last work accident and your longest accident-free streak.
- Average audit compliance over the last 12 months.
- Filters — department, competency or incident category; the whole dashboard follows the filter.
- Click a number and you get the list of people or records that make it up, and each row leads on to the full record.
- Export into your own reporting — module data can be taken out and used in a business-intelligence tool.
- A view limited by permissions — everyone sees only the modules and departments they are allowed to see.
- Employees get their own view — the portal home screen brings together their own open tasks and deadlines.
