Training differs from ordinary instruction in one important way: besides the employee, the instructor has to sign off as well. VITS keeps both confirmations together, reminds both sides, and leaves behind the evidence that the training actually took place.
What you can do
- Two-step confirmation — the employee confirms they received the training, and the assigned instructor confirms it from their side.
- One package for the whole workplace — the required instructions and protective equipment together, rather than spread across separate confirmations.
- A test before confirming, when you want to be sure the material was actually read.
- Reminders to both sides — to the employee who has not confirmed, and to the instructor whose sign-off is missing.
- Validity period and refresher training — VITS creates the new task itself when the time is up.
- A confirmation method to match — from an email link to a digital signature.
- A PDF certificate for every completed training, and an overview of whose training is still pending.
