What you can do

• From your own material — upload an old instruction (Word or PDF), photos of the workplace or the equipment, or describe the topic in a few sentences. The uploaded files are the main source of the content.
• Not just safety instructions — a work procedure, an equipment guide, an onboarding guide or a company policy is built the same way. Sections on hazards, personal protective equipment and emergencies are added when the topic is workplace safety.
• PDF and editable Word — the finished instruction carries your company’s name, and both files stay with your drafts.
• Eight languages — you choose the language the instruction is written in.
• Refine and build again — if the result is not quite what you needed, add detail and have the same instruction built again. Up to three refinements are included in the price of the instruction.
• Approval before sending — an instruction built with AI cannot be sent to employees until someone on your side has reviewed and approved its content. The approver’s name and the date stay on record with the instruction.
• Test question translation — copy the test of an instruction or a training from its main language into another language version and have the questions translated. The question structure and the correct answers stay the same. The instruction cannot be sent until the translated questions have been reviewed.
• The main user controls the cost — they decide who may use VITS AI and set a monthly spending limit.
• Your data stays yours — VITS does not use your personal data to train AI models.
